Just Keep Scrolling

One of the most damaging things in many people’s lives today is Facebook. We not only use it to seek approval (How many likes did I get?), we also use it as a way to set unrealistic expectations for our own lives.

(Most) People don’t put their worst on Facebook.

Additionally, people may share an idea that is different from you. That’s ok too. Never argue on Facebook as it never leads to a positive outcome. You will never change anyone’s mind through Facebook and will often say things you will ultimately regret.
