Partent lie

Mr John was known for always telling the truth. Everyone in his town of Move trusted him.

One day, he saw a fire starting in Mr. Bello’s shop. He ran outside to warn the people and probably call for help but no one listened.

Thinking quickly, John shouted, “Free food at Mr. Bello’s shop!”
The crowd rushed there and saw that the shop is on fire. Together, they put it out before it spreads to the other side of the shop..

Later, some people accused John of lying. John admitted it and felt ashamed.
But Mr. Bello said, “A lie for selfish reasons is wrong, but a lie to save lives is different.”

Mr John learned that honesty is important, but using wisdom matters more..
