The Syrian government is winning the war. They therefore have no motive to launch a chemical attack. Can the same be said about the so-called rebels in the region? What about Israel? Neocons?

Jewish Supremacists don’t like the way things have turned out in Syria. And they have many human assets in Idlib. They have a lot to lose if the last ‘rebels’ stronghold is taken by the Syrian government army.
