Standing out

How often do you stand up for people, especially those who stand up for you. Let me rephrase the question. Have you ever felt like those who you do stand up for don't do the same? Worst is the feeling of being used or not really appreciated. Well don't be discouraged anyway. Just keep doing the right thing anyway, have faith in God, and I will not say that you are not serious, you just like being 'outstanding when others are standing' you know What I mean which is a unique thing.
