Hostages- webseries

Hostages is a crime-drama Hotstar web series based on an Israeli series with the same name. Even though the plot looked superb in the trailers, the direction left a lot to desire thanks to lots of gaping holes. The Doctor herself became an investigator - breaking windows to enter homes and doing everything possible except being a surgeon!

The biggest shocker is that it was never explained properly why the plotters wanted to kill the CM! Also, the family is so chilled out while the father was shot twice, armed attackers were on their head and they didn't look stressed at all as if they were trained for such situations :D The story just keep meandering its way through and the last few episodes were a yawning drag.
