How do you contact Dtube/steemit?

I can not upload ANYTHING! I keep getting "Unknown Error" AFTER I've done ALL the work.
It's so aggravating I just don't even bother coming here anymore.
I'd like it very much if someone could help me with these issues but I can't figure out how to contact anyone to even ask
