What is depression?
Depression is the difference between Expectations and Achievements...
This is my point of view as i saw in my life when ever I get less than my expectation I get depressed. Share your views as well and just think about the time when you were depressed and what was the reason/cause for it.
Important tip to be happy in life is : NOT TO KEEP ANY EXPECTATIONS AND JUST ACCEPT HAPPILY WHAT YOU GET.
