I am here to talk about financial stress.
I will focus on my country on this edition I captioned financial stress101.

Why people struggle to pay rent..
In my country Nigeria most people struggle to pay rents because they live in a house they can't afford.
Let's say your salary monthly is 50000naira monthly. And your living in a house of 400000naira yearly. It means your 8monthlys salary is going into your rent.
It's obvious you can't afford the house.
Why not get a smaller house that is atleast your two months salary.... If you do this, you won't be in a financial stress.
Fake life style.....
Most people go into financial stress because of their fake like styles.
I have a colleague In my office that will do anything to get the latest iPhone..
At the end of the day.
He is in debts all year round.
To be happy and live longer.
I hope we all learn to cut our coat to available materials and not to our size.
Let's live a life to.impress ourselfs and not others.
By this we won't go into financial stress..
