Indulge in Middle Eastern Honed Meat
The aroma of white sticky rice mixed with the fat of the hamburger mouth brings a sense of mouth. The salty, warm, flowing rice bowl makes the momentum.
Dishes are prepared quite sophisticated with many ingredients.
Material:

1 pig, 10 ear mushrooms

50g fresh turmeric, 50g sesame

100g peanuts, 2 onions purple

6 lemongrass, 10 black apples

1/2 cup white wine, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/8 cup coffee powder.
Salty meat more central
Making:

Remove the nail, clean, bake yellow skin, cut large pieces. Fresh peeled, pureed. Peeled onion, finely chopped. Marinate meat with salt, sugar, onion, minced bean, soy sauce, white wine for infiltration.

Mushrooms soaked in hot water, washed, cut to eat. Sprat in hot water, tear the seeds. Peanuts boiled, peeled. Crushed tree dams. Sesame Yellow.

For meat, mushrooms, apples, peanuts, lemongrass into the pot, put water in the face sheet, take the banana leaves to seal the mouth of the pot, bring to cook on small fire. The meat is ripened, the paste and plastic are okay.

Put the meat in bowl, sesame on top. Use with white rice or white sticky rice.
