A Black Rose

It’s so rare to find,
Something as beautiful as you,
Can I say that you’re wild,
But it just doesn't construe.

You're petals are as soft,
As other flowers could be,
But you’re not easily waft,
Even by the winds from the sea.

I'm so lucky to even meet one,
Yet you've stayed for a while,
But I think that the time has come,
That you will be walked to the aisle.
