Love for Mountain Biking
I went on my first mountain bike ride earlier this year, two days later I was saddling my own mountain bike and heading out for the foothills.
With nearly 200 miles of trails, the foothills in my town offer endless adventures. From biking with my friends and family, to solo rides with my dog, mountain biking has easily become one of my favorite activities.
I have loved cycling for over three years but prior to this year, I had only ever been on a road bike. Mountain biking offers a different thrill from road biking, an added reward for your tiresome uphill climbs, and an escape from the urban scene. I will continue to both road and mountain bike, but am excited to watch myself improve and my confidence grow in my newfound love in cycling. So, what are you waiting for? Go out and try that new hobby, it may just end up being a newfound passion!
