One Ingredient Ice Cream
It's true! You can make ice cream with just one ingredient and its Bananas. The recipe is simple, but the result is creamy delicious.
Just take about six bananas and fully freeze them. Put in blender and pure, until nice and creamy. Serve now, for a soft serve texture or refrigerate again for a firmer texture.
There you have it, nice and simple and don't forget the many benefits of bananas. They help with depression, they help you sleep better and they are great for colon health.
