Your Steem power is never reduced by that.
It WILL reduce your "Voting Power" though. Which RECOVERS automatically overtime, And you'll get it back. To recover your voting power just wait a few days :)
As per my research, it powers upto 20% in 24 hours.

Have you tried steemnow.com?
I'm mostly using that site to monitor my voting power.
