Musical-dance step night.

Friday? How did we get here? Sure, it feels like a treadmill to me and the weekend? It is almost here! It's quite unbelievable(let's leave it at that, lol) how the days just pass by swiftly. I think this week is one of the fatest ones in January.

It feels that way to me. I know! It sure is because I still have a lot to do. Like, I suppose it could have waited for me to catch up or something. Anyway, we are here. Well, I am.

Starting the day with reading and now, to writing. I woke up a bit early. Not earlier than Saturday or Sunday, but better. I think it had to do with maintaining my sleep schedule, which occurred after an exercise last night.

Yes. A musical dance exercise that I never thought I'd experience! Maybe it was because of the weather, the coldness in it or basically just my musical tide waved in and brought me outside my room though still inside the compound with a phone in hand, music blasting through ear drums, my feet slightly giving massages to earth's soil and I was right in the musical-dance zone!

Yes. I danced and sang for hours, lol. Surely I don't have the best voice but I love singing anyway and my dance moves were top-notch I tell ya! My activity count for yesterday is a wonderful testimony with a 5k plus step. Yeah, clock itttt! Lol.

Feels like I still have a little bit of yesternight energy in my soul cos I seem to be writing weirdly, lol. But that doesn't really matter. So, about yesterday. I didn't go out-out, distance was maintained around the street to shop for little things. Though I didn't go with any of my devices so that walk wasn't registered.

I cooked, did a little cleaning, and had to take some medications, which prompted me to sleep. I woke up, ate, walked around a bit, and yes! The dance occurred a few minutes later.
