My Actifit Report Card: June 2 2022
I was really tired, and wasn't planning on going for a walk today, but ended up going on an impromptu walk with my wife in the early evening (when the temperature dipped below 90F!). I took along my handy water bottle because of the heat, and added some of that water flavor concentrate with a little caffeine and a bit of vitamins. Really glad I ended up doing something as I feel so much better. When in doubt, get up off your behind and move a little! It's always worth it.
