Introducing Myself on Hive!

Hello to the great Hive ecosystem. I have heard so much about this great platform and it's my pleasure to finally become a part of the great move.

My name is Adepoju Bayo, a young man from the western part of Nigeria. I am christian. I studied accounting at the university of Technology, ogbomosho.
I am a digital marketer, graphics designer and a music producer.
My hobbies are; Art, singing, playing musical instruments, sleeping and having fun.

I was introduced to Hive by a good man name @spiralll. Thanks a great deal brother.
I intend to bring positive vibes and do all in my capacity to improve the hive community. Especially by posting quality and real contents here.
I may not be so great with blogging, but I am open to learning from anyone that is willing to offer some tips.

I commend the efforts of the forces behind Hive, you did a brilliant job in establishing this great platform for us all.

Welcome to hive! I’m glad that you’re on here with us, it’s a wonderful place full of lots of great people! I really enjoy the number of people we have on here from Nigeria. It’s incredible!

I see that you are doing a fantastic job already with using twitter to share your post here, on there! I’m definitely giving you a follow over there!

With your interests in music and having a friend help you along like you have, you will fit in really well and get used to the blogging thing for sure. I think if you spend a lot of time in our communities section, you can definitively find lots of people that have similar interests to yours! We have lots of communities dedicated to music! We have religion communities as well, with Christianity being a pretty big one.

One of the things I wanted to do is give you a piece of advice that could make this place awesome for you! Talking with some of the people who have been here for a while, we remember one of the best things we did was find other people’s posts through others or go looking and start commenting meaningful things. If you drop small phrases it won’t get you much attention but if you look at a persons post and leave a great comment, a lot of times they will appreciate it and talk with you. If you continue to do this you will develop a friendship with them and will gain followers and grow your account. This is not an easy and fast process. It takes time but the more effort you put in the more you can be rewarded, with limitations of course.

I just say this in hopes you go out there and really connect with people and grow your account. The more we all do this, the more people will come here to take advantage of such a great place.

With commenting and posting, we consume what’s called ‘resource credits’ and in the beginning you don’t have a lot, you have to earn more. If you want to consistently comment and post, the website https://giftgiver.site/ does 10 delegations for you to increase your credits to comment or post. Give it a try if you need some!

Thats a interesting another musician and we need more music on the chain.
Great that you put it into a blog and left it here on the blockchain, so welcome, welcome to the Hive movement and blockchain. Your first blog is up and on the chain, hope you feel relieved, and not afraid of what is coming your way in the comments.
We know it can be daunting and frightening because all is new.

But for now the new beginning, you will have fun blogging and vlogging I promise. But in the beginning it’s hard and all is new and maybe you need help. We have amazing people here and a help discord if you need it. I love blogging, and was a newcomer once aswell so i know the feeling. The biggest and best advice is always be carefull with all your passwords, Never give those up !! I speak from experience !

What always will help you build your new hive account, and profile on here, is establishing relationships and the best way to build them is to comment on other people's posts, there are so many topics here, and there will always be one that is of interest to you but also be interested in them, by reading and upvoting. This will draw them to your own account aswell, where they will discover a little more about you and relationships take off from there, and comments and votes will be the next step.

I use Peakd to post to Hive. But hive.blog is an option too. They work well and let me know if you have difficulty.
