Guilt free hormones?
I am so tired of being sorry for who I become when nature has its way with me. Isn't there a manual to guide the people in my life?
The signs are always there and I am forever unaware.
And to think of how unaware I am of myself makes me sad.
Awareness is key. Blood is freedom.
