Portrait drawing

Hello everyone, this is a drawing I made early January, it is a portrait of a young lady, I used grid lines to draw this. It took a while to draw, and I wasn't still satisfied with the drawing, it could be that I didn't use the right paper or something else, but I had to show you guy to know what you think.
