Improvement suggestion 😶

I Joined Steemit a couple of days ago and am not really feeling the vibe. Eventhough Steemit is considered as a community where people can blog and get their views read I feel lonely here already and I know it’s because of my lack of followers. The issue is you have to sift through a lot of blogs before you will find something of interest to you meanwhile if things could be done so that when newbies like me join, just due to our location or interests or some criteria, we could get suggestions on other Steemit members we can follow outright. That way we get to read their blogs, like them, initiate conversations and get them to follow us too because we share the same interests. I believe this will go a long way to help build this discourse community you’ve created on a large scale.
