Censorship

Seeing as this is my first post on Steemit I think it should be about why I joined Steemit in the first place. The mainstream internet is no longer free; it is being shackled by the global elite. they want to turn it into another branch of the mainstream media. Therefore it is necessary for freedom-loving people to form an alternative. today's technology gives us the option to break away on our own and form a free space online. I'd like to thank everybody who has done this, including the creators of Steemit.
