Free Food Blackberries
The humble blackberry but super in benefits packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants these cancer battling heart disease preventing badass gifts from nature are also low in calories, carbs and fat for all those watching their weight.
Planning to forage fruit and make jam during the week.
I walk daily past many fruits sources just when I walk my dog Bella.
We have lots of different fruit growing freely in the area.
Chickens
After my morning walk with Bella I cleaned out the chicken pens, fed and watered them then collected some eggs.
Eggs on toast topped with cheese.
I completed some project work @aliveandthriving and @heartbeatonhive using my @benthomaswwd project account.
At lunch I had some steak,bacon,gherkin, peppers and mushrooms with mustard.
I took Bella for another walk.
BBHO
After I staked some BBHO tokens as part of the BBHO power up day .

After some chores I spent some time with family.

Blackberries are truly a treasure of nature, full of health benefits.
It sounds like a very productive and pleasant week, between walks with Bella, taking care of the chicken coops and picking fruit.
The jam is sure to be delicious and will be a perfect gift for you and yours.

I adore pretty much any berry, including blackberries! We have Mysore blackberries here, which is an ever-bearing variety from India, and they're wonderful! The fruit of all the Rubus are very beneficial indeed, as are the leaves when made as tea. I'm glad that you had a nice day, brother, and I hope that your Monday is amazing! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

They're pretty incredible, both in taste and nutrient value. It's a great variety, it grows really quickly, with the new canes covered in white bloom, and it flowers and fruits on the first-year canes (most Rubus do so after 2 years). The fruit are abundant in constant waves. It's only downside is that it is thorny. Thank you, brother. May your Tuesday be exceptional. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
