Sell,buy, or hodl

Back at the end of 2017 when i first started investing in crypto everything looked so easy, you could invest in anything and the Price would just Spike.Everybody was a genius then.I particurlarly invested in alot of Icos with Little or no research and viola! spikes.Then came the bears.
In this bear market that is when i have learnt the hard lesson of doing research and making tough decisions.But the question is:what to do buy,sell or hodl?.All markets are cyclical and what that means is that the bears are soon going to get tired and the bulls will be back in town so i hodl and buy Into new and interesting Projects and Icos in anticipation for that bull run.
