BlauDisS - meteor shower [atmospheric music video]
Heya C/Musicforlife 🎶! I hope you enjoy this new addition to my music project, meteor shower. Years ago I learned how to use vocoders and was amazed at how any sound could be translated into tonal music. I used this often in my music, making backing pads and atmospheres using natural sounds. This track, I wanted to put this technique front and center. The beginning of the track starts with a hail storm, and then I slowly turn on the vocoder effects. The plinks of hail slowly become musical notes and chords. This introduction represents one of the main creative drivers in my music project - to turn everyday experiences and items into music. There is so much beauty and music in the world if we open our ears to it! We had a beautiful snow storm in our area this winter, and I thought the footage of snow falling would be a fitting theme for a track about meteor showers. Thanks so much for listening!

😍 love it! such a beauty! head to get my headphones since my laptop speakers are good for laptop speakers but don't do right to this composition. is it me, or is the sound of the paper throughout the track? or you just playing a trick on us {LOL}
Good ears! I really like using paper and leaf crunches for extra texture. I should probably bring them in and out next time for those with excellent hearing and noise canceling headphones :-)
