My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2018
I am on the bus on my home from work. I did my treadmill with warm up and cool down session. I also did or walking at work as per usual. Today, though I did a couple of stair sessions. I took some things to the lab a couple of times. That is all of the physical activity I did today. Everyone have a fabulous day
