Time for rest

All of us need a moment to switch off our minds, even for a moment. For me, this is the moment I drink my morning coffee. This is a treasured time for me. I cherish it and protect it.

I drink my coffee alone, with sugar and some milk. I enjoy each sip and reflect on the tasks I have for the day.
