A beautiful tree
I've been obsessed with trees for some time now. I don't know when it started or why I started noticing them... I wasn't the type of person who was into nature at all.
Every time I'm walking down the street and catch a glimpse of a tree that's different, or unusual I'll walk over and gaze at it for a sec, even if I'm walking with someone and I'm fully engaged in the conversation. Normally the person I'm walking with looks at me funny like...So yeah a tree😒 lol but I find it really soothing .
This is one of those many trees I came across. I wanted to share it with you all. In Argentina people call them "drunk stick" because its shape resemblance a wine bottle ( if you really use your imagination) but the scientific name is "Ceiba insignis".
ALL THE IMAGES IN THIS POST WERE TAKEN BY ME WITH MY MOTO G41 (You can tell because they don't look that awesome, if I were to steal pictures I would definitely choose better shots lol)

Interesting post about trees, And trees are the lungs of today's world so we must start to plant trees. 👍

And I thought I was obsessed with taking photos and marveling at the beauty of trees. I just took a photo of a tree that looks slightly similar to this in a botanical garden in Cairns. I dubbed it the "game of thorns" just because I thought it looked torturous, haha. I found out it was called the silk floss tree. Do you think it's the same as this one in your photo?
awww I freaking love it !! It's not the same but it's still pretty awesome. Those spikes there...they are not that common (at least not where I live) so I'm pretty sure I'd have taken a picture too and stare at it like 😍. The one I took a picture of is Ceiba insignis, check if you can find pictures on Google, Im sure if you are as weird as I am you'll find it beautiful and worth staring at it (?) thanks for making me feel Im not alone in this lol
Aww, no worries. I'm sure us tree huggers, there's a lot of us out there but come to think of it, maybe not a good idea hugging this thorny tree. Take care :)
