Summary: I thought I would be able to have a post as a table of contents to organize all my other posts in a nice searchable way, but that is not the case as editing a post will be disabled after a certain event.

My solution

I will be posting my content on my main site in addition to posting on SteemIt. I don't really have any solid information on the cause of what disables editing of a post, but some posts are saying that it deals with either the first payout or a certain time frame. I was hoping to have a table of contents posts that organized all my future posts on one page and have it easy to find. Like I said, I will be posting my content on my main site and will have a new page up and running later today. If I get official information I will inform you. Until then I have quite a bit of studying to do and can't really research the answer today. Thanks.
