Couscous Dish and Wine
I would like to share one of my favorite dishes, Couscous.
Ingredients: couscous grains, acorn and butternut squash, lamb chops, and turnips.
Easy to prepare and delicious.
A tasty wine to pair with is a Cabernet Sauvignon, Pra Vinera, from Napa CA.
