Strong communication during the interview

Confidence
When you state your thoughts about the topic under discussion, you should look confident in what you say. Of course, this requires a good knowledge of the topic under discussion. Read, watch interesting and cognitive programs, do self-development. Nothing gives you more confidence than the consciousness that there are topics you can talk about for hours.

Just do not try to look too confident, otherwise you may be mistaken for an arrogant person who is not interested in someone else's opinion.

Eye contact
When talking, look at the interlocutor, not your shoes, or the wall, or the window. Eye contact helps you to be listened to more carefully.

If it's difficult to constantly maintain eye contact, here's a little advice on how to do it: look a couple of seconds at one person's eye, then a couple of seconds on his nose, then another eye, look away for a few seconds, then a new one. Result: you look at the interlocutor for three quarters of the time of the conversation, there is no tension of the "gaze", he does not feel as if they are neglected, talking with furniture, and not with him. Just do not look at the forehead of a man, it looks as if you roll your eyes from hopelessness to explain something to him.
