VEDIC ASTROLOGY: PLANETARY RELATIONSHIPS (PART 1)

For every planet, its companions and foes are found as follows: Master of the rashi (Sign) where it is lifted up is its companion. Masters of second, fourth, fifth, eighth, ninth and twelfth rashis from it are likewise its common companions. Masters of different rashis are its characteristic adversaries. On the off chance that a planet turns into a companion and a foe because of owning two rashis, at that point it is an unbiased planet.

Today we are going to learn about natural relationships of the planets.

1) SUN:

Friend: Moon, Mars, Jupiter
Enemy: Venus, Saturn
Neutral: Mercury

2) MOON:

Friend: Sun, Mercury
Enemy: ----------------------
Neutral: Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn

3) MARS:

Friend: Sun, Moon, Jupiter
Enemy: Mercury
Neutral: Venus, Saturn

4) MERCURY:

Friend: Sun, Venus
Enemy: Moon, Rahu, Ketu
Neutral: Mars, Jupiter, Saturn

5) JUPITER:

Friend: Sun, Moon, Mars
Enemy: Mercury, Venus
Neutral: Saturn

6) VENUS:

Friend: Mercury, Saturn
Enemy: Sun, Moon
Neutral: Mars, Jupiter

7) SATURN:

Friend: Mercury, Venus
Enemy: Venus, Saturn
Neutral: Mercury
