Lay-Offs......

The U.S. dollar is in trouble. There are more lay-offs in America than employed citizens. Most developing countries are turning to crypto to get out of debt etc. What is the U.S, doing? Trying to regulate and short Bitcoin? Doesn't sound very productive? or Does it?
