Lunch with a close friend

Hello gastronomic friends, today a family friend invited us to lunch, the truth is that we didn't expect it, the typical thing is that you are at home and suddenly you receive a surprise call from someone you haven't seen in a long time, and here we are.

It took me a little to know the recipe, because our friend is somewhat reserved, and it is that it is richer than it seems, this particular dish is called Cucumber Chicken with vegetables, here the ingredients:
