Bismuth Softfork Activated

The Bismuth Softfork activated at block height 4,380,000 (July 18th 2025), introducing two major changes:

1. Removal of the Hypernode Sidechain The hypernode staking system is being fully removed from the Bismuth mainnet, marking the end of staking. Although rewards have already been paused, one final payout will be issued to all eligible stakers. From now on, GPU-based Proof-of-Work mining will be the sole method of earning Bismuth.

2. Discontinuation of Test and Development Fund Rewards The Bismuth blockchain will cease allocating new rewards to the Test and Development Fund, shifting full control to the community. Existing funds will remain available to support future development initiatives or potential exchange listings.
