The future

Poetry is my motivation
My reason to be an innovation
Trying to live up to expectations
To get a standing ovation
Going past all limitations
In hopes of bettering my generation
And lift up my nation
Ready to take it through transformation
And answer the questions
That the previous generations
Failed to give attention
O my generation
It is time to salvage our futures from imminent damnation
We should dare to look into the face of deception
And decide our actions
In favour of truth,justice and with determination
Give our nation the salvation
Needed for positive transformation
