Prediction # Denmark vs Australia
Denmark will face Australia in the second Group C match of the 2018 World Cup in Samara Arena on Thursday (21/6). Danish Dynamite was on the verge of breaking out, and they certainly did not want to waste it.
In the first game, Denmark beat Peru 1-0 through Yussuf Poulsen's only goal from assist Christian Eriksen. The victory over Australia could pave the way Denmark into the knockout phase for the first time since 2002.
But Denmark seems to have to work ekstrakeras. The reason, Australia needs to win to keep their expectations.
When against France in the first game, Australia played quite well and had offset through a penalty Mile Jedinak, but eventually lost 1-2. Still without points, the Socceroos should not lose against Denmark. This will be a very tight game.
I predict the final score: Denmark vs Australia : 1 - 1
