It’s a pleasure for me to be back in this community to share a beautiful three-color braided crochet necklace. I chose colors like pale pink, which conveys delicacy; bright pink, which radiates vitality; and white, which adds freshness—a perfect combination for an accessory that’s a must-have to complement your style. I also used wick yarn because it makes the chain stitch sturdier. As for the project itself, I’ll tell you that it’s not difficult at all; plus, it lets you combine the colors of your choice. Without further ado, I invite you to follow the step-by-step guide to make this three-color braided necklace.

Para mí es un placer estar nuevamente en dicha comunidad para compartir un hermoso collar trenzado en tres colores, tejido a crochet. Escogí colores como rosa pálido, que transmite delicadeza, rosa intenso, que irradia vitalidad, y blanco, que aporta frescura, en una combinación perfecta para un accesorio que no debe faltar para complementar nuestro estilo. Además, el hilo que utilicé fue el pábilo porque la cadeneta queda más firme. En relación al trabajo, les cuento que no tiene dificultad; además, te permite combinar los colores de tu preferencia. Sin más nada que acotar, los invito al paso a paso para elaborar este collar trenzado en tres colores.

✨MATERIALS//MATERIALES✨

• Yarn in pale pink, bright pink, and white.
• Size 2.0 crochet hook.
• Glue.
• Scissors.
• A scrap of chain.
• Parrot-beak clasp.
• Jewelry ring.

• Hilo pabilo de colores rosa pálido, rosa intenso y blanco.
• Aguja de crochet de 2.0.
• Pegamento.
• Tijera.
• Retazo de cadena.
• Broche pico de loro.
• Aro de bisutería.

 # ✨***STEPS//PASOS***✨ * I started by leaving about 15 cm free, then began with a single chain stitch, working a total of 180 chains to reach the desired length. For the first strip, I counted the chains; for the remaining strips, I simply measured them against the first strip I had made. To finish the chain, I used a slip stitch.

• Comencé dejando unos 15 cm libres para luego dar inicio al punto de cadeneta sencilla, del cual tejí un total de 180 cadenetas para completar el largo. Para la primera tira sí conté; para las restantes tiras solo las medía con la primera tira elaborada. Para finalizar la cadeneta, punto deslizado.

 * Crochet 9 strips of 180 chain stitches in pale pink, bright pink, and white. >* Tejer 9 tiras de 180 cadenetas en los colores rosa pálido, rosa intenso y blanco. 

• Join the chain stitches together and tie a knot; separate them into groups of 3 by color.

• Juntar las tiras de cadenetas y hacer un nudo; separar en grupos de 3 con los colores diferentes.

 * Start braiding. >* Comenzar a tejer la trenza.  * When you finish braiding, tie a knot. >* Al terminar de tejer la trenza, hacer un nudo.  * Gather the threads and thread them through the first link of the chain; apply glue to the threads to form a loop. Using a thread about 25 centimeters long, start by tying a knot, then make a “P” shape by passing the thread over itself; take the left thread and pass it under, coming out through the body of the “P.” Then repeat the same process, but this time with the “P” inverted. Repeat 4 flat knots. Tie a simple knot. Cut off the excess material. >* Juntar los hilos y pasar por el eslabón inicial de la cadena, colocar pegamento a los hilos para hacer el bucle. Con un hilo de unos 25 centímetros, comenzar a hacer un nudo, luego una P pasando por encima del hilo, con el hilo de la izquierda pasar por debajo y salir por la barriga de la P. Luego hacer el mismo proceso, pero ahora con la P invertida. Repetir 4 nudos planos. Hacer un nudo sencillo.
