upvoted someone with over $60 in payout. as soon as I voted went down to$40. I was paying attention because I've been watching how much my upvote affects the payout. but it went down. lol.

Someone must have removed a vote or flagged. One other possibility is that a whale had upvoted the post and then upvoted other things thus affecting thwir weight....

But ur vote should have only increased the payout. U can check on steemnow.com how much your vote is worth
