My Recipe Jollof Rice

Ever heard of the food Jollof rice? Well, I got you if not. Jollof Rice is one of Nigeria's signature dish which has different methods to cooking it. Even though, some other African countries have tried to argue theirs taste better, Nigeria Jollof rice still taste better hahaha.

That aside, their are different recipes to cooking this meal, so this is is just one of many ways of cooking it....call it my own recipe. So this is just a video of me preparing the meal, "on a speed level" lol.

Ingredients
Tomatoes
Bell peppers
Onions
Rice
Spring onions
sweet corn
Tomato paste (optional)
Pepper
Blended Crayfish (optional)
Shredded fish (optional)

I added banana to the meal at the end because that is how I like to eat my Jollof rice or any rice at all to be honest.
