Hello everyone @mcgi community.
It has been a while that i have been here.
I didn't really understand the requirements for this community.
But this community is one of the communities that has inspired me alot,so i had to look for a way to meet its requirements

Today i had listened to this message Winning Back the Hearts of Your Parents
And i am glad to share my lessons.
One of the lessons that i have gotten from the Bible is that our character, behavior, and manner of life can either draw people closer to us or push them away. If there are attitudes or actions that have caused our parents to become displeased with us, the best thing to do is to identify those habits and do the opposite.

From this message ,story of Jacob and Esau in the scriptures (Genesis 32) teaches us some valuable lesson.
Esau hated Jacob because of the issues of birthright, Jacob sought reconciliation. He prepared gifts for his brother,wishing that his brother's heart would be calm,he approached him with hrough this act of humility and goodwill.This acts brought reconciliation between them.

Also,in the scriptures ,Proverbs 11:30
"The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise."
To win a heart,you need kindness, humility, and love
Therefore,as a child, if certain behaviors have caused conflict between you and your parents, change your actions,replace them with obedience, humility ,kindness, and love.let your parents see humility through your actions. Let your conduct speak louder than words.
When you practice godly character, humility,wisdom, and prayer,by God's grace you can win back the hearts of your parents and enjoy peace,love and joy with them.
