Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, today's date is 18 February 2024 and today is Sunday. Friends, today is Sunday and hence I did not have to go to college, so I woke up comfortably today. The first thing I did when I woke up today was drink hot water because it is said that if you drink hot water in the morning without eating or drinking water, all the germs in the stomach die. That's why today I also drank hot water to bathe without brushing my teeth. Then I exercised well. After exercising I had breakfast.

Then I went out for a walk with my friends. I had a lot of fun with my friends and then I found a lot of garbage there. I had filled that garbage in a plastic bag and discarded it after coming home with my friends.
