August in the UK 2020
T shirt, sweat shirt, jacket and hat.
I don't ever remember wearing this kit in August before?!?
OK maybe the hat was overkill but my head was cold!
Or maybe I was just being soft? I headed out about 8.00 am, when it was just a bit colder than 11 degrees...

I hope to be out running again this week as my back is improving. Even in winter I rarely wear a hat. It has turned cooler this week though. Enjoy your running.

I'm living in Northern Germany where summer is when you look at the thermometer early in the morning and it's 10° ;) My tomatoes stay green with envy when they see me going inside in the evenings...
enjoy the crappy weather while you can, you'll only miss it with the wall to wall sunshine after September, ...
I dunno about that, I think the climate in central Portugal in Autumn/ Winter is pretty similar to the southern UK, just a bit warmer!
