My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2018
Walking around the park getting a nice workout. I walked up and down hills enjoying the outdoors. Nature is a beautiful thing when you get to enjoy it. I tried some calisthenics exercises and I am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow.
