Leson learned

I was a target lately from steemcleaners wich downvoted my posts, i did not know that its called spam posting 8 to 9 times a day. I talked them to discord but got no reply i dont know where to appeal this as this wknt happen again. I like steemit and i want to go ON with the rules but someone has to explain in details what i have and what j dont have to do. Thanks and god bless all
