Curry Hor Fan 干咖喱河粉
One of my favourite dish in Ipoh, MALAYSIA. So called "Hor Fan" mixed with delicious curry sauce and char siew. Looked at the colour. It's mouthwatering!
干咖喱河粉，马来西亚怡保其中一样道地食物。热腾腾的咖喱汁淋在白色的粿条上，配上香脆的烧肉和可口的叉烧。真的是令人口水直流啊！
