Impossible Burger

If you haven't tried the impossible burger, I strongly recommend it.

Vegan burger with the texture and flavor of a meat one. I usually don't like vegan burgers.

This picture was taken in The Butcher's Daughter restaurant in Los Angeles.

Ask for it rare, it makes a difference. 😁
