How it all started!
I created Solful Living based on my experiences through healing my autoimmune disorders.
After living in India for several years, studying yoga therapies, energy healing, and Ayurveda, it was apparent that these things supported my healing process, and I wanted to give to others what I now know.
I am also a vegan nutritionist, and while I love sharing my wisdom, I'm always above anything else, forever a student.
