I was at my parents' for the weekend and was at a loss as to what to make for dinner. And while I was thinking, a recipe came to mind that I haven't made in a long time. I had all the ingredients at home and started making Tortillas with corn flour

I used the following ingredients:

-150g of corn flour
-150g of white wheat flour
-1 teaspoon of salt
-4 dl of water
-2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
-5g baking powder

Pour baking powder, white flour and corn flour, salt into a bowl and mix everything well

Then add 4 dl of water and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix everything to get a liquid dough like for pancakes

Heat a little oil in a pan on the stove. When the oil in the pan is heated, pour the mixture with a ladle as for pancakes and cook on both sides until golden brown.

After about 5 minutes, the tortilla is baked. Take it out on a plate and continue baking the rest of the mixture.

When I looked at the baked tortilla, I smiled sweetly. 😄
The tortilla is baked and looks like a smiley face.

As a side dish, I put ajvar, stewed carrot and pieces of fish meatball, ketchup and lean mayonnaise on the tortilla.

It was very tasty and I quickly ate my meal and enjoyed my dinner.

This mixture makes 6 tortillas. For a side dish, you can put ingredients you have at home.
I hope you liked this simple recipe of mine for fasting days.
Thanks for reading.
Tell me how you make tortillas
