Today I baked white bread

Mix the flour with the salt in a bowl. Then add the yeast to a little lukewarm water and stir to dissolve.
Now add the dissolved yeast to the flour and knead together with the lukewarm butter and the remaining lukewarm water with the dough hook of a food processor for about 4 minutes to a smooth dough.
Cover the finished dough and let it rise in a warm place for a good 40 minutes, until it has almost doubled in volume.
Then knead the dough again with your hands on a floured work surface, place it in a loaf pan lined with baking paper and make a few incisions with a knife on the top. Then cover again and let rise for about 35 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 225 °C (top and bottom heat).
Bake the white bread in the preheated oven on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 30-45 minutes. Then remove and let cool in the pan.
