ลาบหมาน้อย

ลาบหมาน้อย คือ อาหารพื้นเมืองของภาคอีสาน ทำจากเนื้อหมูหรือเนื้อไก่ที่ต้มสุกแล้วซีอิ้วดำ ผักชีฝรั่ง พริกป่น และหมาน้อย (ต้นหมาน้อย) โดยใช้มือหั่นเนื้อเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ และผสมกับส่วนผสมทั้งหมด จึงจะได้รสชาติที่เข้มข้นและอร่อย

คุณสามารถทำลาบหมาน้อยได้ง่ายๆ โดยใช้วัตถุดิบที่พร้อมใช้งานในครัวของคุณ เช่น เนื้อหมูหรือไก่ ผักชีฝรั่ง พริกป่น และซีอิ๊วดำ เพียงแค่ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน ใส่เนื้อลงไปผัดจนสุก และผสมกับผักชีฝรั่งและพริกป่น จากนั้นใส่ซีอิ๊วดำลงไปผสมให้เข้ากัน
