Hiking!
Hi Everyone,
How are you?
I thought I'd post this pic of my favorite hiking trail in the Santa Monica Mountains...
Over the last couple of years, it's seriously been a life saver!!
When I’ve needed to get out of the city and breathe some fresh air, hiking has been the most amazing medicine. So grateful for the healing power of nature ✨

Nice trail. It looks warm. I haven't gotten out very much here lately due to it being cold and covered in snow. At least walking at the gym keeps me active.
